[[AEM]] — Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited (Agnico-Eagle) is a gold producer with mining operations located in northwestern Quebec, mine construction projects in northwestern Quebec, northern Finland, Nunavut and northern Mexico and exploration activities in Canada, Finland, Mexico and the United States. The Company operates through four regional units: the Quebec Region, the European Region, the Mexican Region and the Nunavut Region.

The Quebec region includes the LaRonde Mine, the LaRonde Mine extension project and the Goldex and Lapa mine projects, each of which is held directly by the Company. The Company’s operations in the European Region are conducted through its indirect subsidiary, Riddarhyttan Resources AB (Riddarhyttan), which indirectly owns the Kittila mine project in Finland. The Company’s operations in the Mexican Region are conducted through its subsidiary, Agnico Eagle Mexico S.A. de C.V., which owns the Pinos Altos mine project.
